The vinyl cleaning kit is everything you need to keep a collection clean, in one bag. It pairs the original 1971 record cleaner, full size, with an anti-static carbon fibre brush, a stylus cleaner and a cloth, all in a canvas bag to keep them together and to hand. The complete kit for everyday care.

Start with the record cleaner. Spray a little onto the cloth, or lightly onto the record, taking care to avoid the label. Wipe gently, following the grooves in the same circular direction they run, working inwards towards the centre.

Then the brush, with the record spinning. Hold it by the metal body rather than the plastic handle, so the static drains through you. Rest the bristles lightly in the grooves, just enough to make contact, they should barely bend. Let the record turn a full rotation, or a few if it's dusty, then angle the bristles towards the outer edge and lift the dust away in a single sweep.

Finally the stylus. Dampen the applicator lightly and brush from the back of the stylus, nearest the cantilever, forward towards the tip. A few light passes is plenty. Keep the fluid to the tip and let it dry for a moment before you play.
